You can shop at Innertech.com online with confidence. All direct sales of Innertech products are processed securely through 1ShoppingCart.com. Innertech.com also partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

While 1ShoppingCart.com processes your orders and payment, the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). These companies adhere to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
  • Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Payments Accepted:

For your convenience we accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discovery)
  • Paypal (please note: you no longer have to have an account with Paypal to make payments. You will be directed to their secure and encrypted server to make your payment and then redirected back to our web site to complete your order.) Paypal accepts credit cards, checks, debit cards, and existing Paypal accounts.
  • Check or money orders with phone/fax only. You may place your order(s) by phone by calling Customer Service at (888)699-9238 or faxing your order to (949) 916-8719. Item(s) will be shipped once your check/money order has been received through the mail and processed. You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment and shipping information.

Out of Stock & Back Ordered Items:

We try to make every effort to keep all products in stock, but on occasion we become out of stock on an item before the website can be updated. If this should happen, you will receive a notification by either email or phone with the option of exchanging the out of stock item for a different product or receive a refund.

In the event an order is placed for a temporary back ordered item, our shipping staff will ship all in-stock items and advise you through email of your back order (unless prior arrangements have been made to wait and ship all items together once the back ordered items become available).

As soon as the back ordered merchandise becomes available, our shipping staff will immediately ship the item(s) available. You always have the option of continuing to wait for your order or to cancel your order at anytime before it’s shipped. If it’s necessary to break your order into multiple shipments we will not charge for additional shipping and handling on the shipments (ground only). Please call customer service at (888)794-2665 if a back ordered item needs to be expedited. Please be sure to have your order number available.

Limited Quantity Items:

In the event an order is placed for a limited quantity item that is no longer available, our shipping staff will notify you through email if the particular item can be placed on back order, or to suggest a replacement item, or to inquire if you would like to cancel the particular item.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply call or email to receive your return/exchange code. We will be more than happy to give a full credit (excluding shipping/handling charges), replacement, or refund (when applicable by meeting the guidelines listed below) within 10 days. You may return any item you receive if the item:

  • Is not what you ordered per your order confirmation by email
  • Was damaged or broken in transit
  • Is not what was expected from what you saw on our website
  • Does not meet the standards you expected
  • Is delayed beyond an acceptable time frame
  • Is received after the expiration date if said date is marked on the package

A packing slip/invoice with instructions for returns/exchanges may be found in the package. Please complete the form and include it with your return. The following apply:

  • We do not accept COD packages.
  • We are unable to reimburse any shipping costs.
  • We require that all returns to be authorized with its return/exchange code.

Please contact our customer service department at the customer service email above or by calling (888)794-2665 to receive this code. You may be required to leave a message with your return call number, email address, or fax number. Our company policy requires that we return all calls by the end of the next business day.

In the event you would like to exchange your merchandise and are not requesting a refund we will gladly ship your exchanged merchandise back to you at no additional charge via USPS Parcel Post. We are unable to reimburse any shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Sealed packages of herbs must be unused and/or unopened in its original condition, and within the expiration date, if marked on the item’s package.

Books will be accepted only for manufacturer defect. Books must be in new and sale able condition. Please insure that the return products are well packaged to prevent damage to any items shipped in the box.

If you are not satisfied with any other merchandise you have purchased, please return the product with its original packaging within 10 days of purchase with your return/exchange form and return/exchange code.

Please Note: Returns will NOT be accepted on herb packages, bottles, etc., if opened or unsealed.

Please package the item(s) securely, include the completed Returns/Exchange Form received with the product, and return the merchandise via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery to Innertech. If you have misplaced your Return/Exchange form, please email us at customerservice and another will be emailed to you. Please indicate the reason for the return/exchange. Upon receipt of the returned product and the Return/Exchange form, Innertech will refund/exchange and credit your account the respected amount due within (10) business days.

Bulk Orders (Books only)

A Bulk Order is any quantity above 10 copies.
Please allow a lead time of 3 to 5 days prior to actual shipping date. Bulk orders will shipped via UPS from the warehouse. Returned Bulk orders will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping is not refundable. Prior approval, as stated above, is required. A Return/Exchange form will not be included with the order and must be requested along with a return /exchange code as noted above.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us by email, fax or phone within 24 hours. If cancellation is received after the item has been shipped then you must follow the Refund/Exchange policy above.
