On this date at 5:50 AM Universal Time Code, the spring or vernal equinox happens bringing in a new year according to the calendar revealed by the messenger Uriel to our father Enoch.
This is the scientific calculation of the exact moment when the axis of the earth is perpendicular to a line from the earth to the sun. According to the calendar, this day is marked not by a scientific and mathematical calculation, but by observation. This event would be noticed at sunrise, when a shadow cast by a plumb post traces a line pointing to the place on the horizon where the sun will set on that day.
This event is sensitive to the very day. It does not happen on the prior day, nor on the day that follows. Only on the equinoxes of spring and fall are the periods of night and day of equal length. This precision marks the beginning and end of the year.

This makes each month contain 30 counted days when determining prophetic events. It also has four intercalary days, one at the end of each quarter. This brings the total number of days in the year to 364. It is the only calendar where 1,260 days, 42 months, and three and one half years equal the same period of time.
