YOM KPR: “The Day of the Lid” September 27 - 28, 2009

Although some call this day the “Day of Atonement” that would only be placed in the Hebrew Scriptures by unknowing translators. A “KPR” in Hebrew is a cover or a lid for a pot. Why is that important?

This day, much to the consternation of those who follow the Babylonian lunar calendar, always starts at sunset on the sixth day of the week, just prior to the weekly Sabbath. Because it is a fast day — no food or water — some tried to move the day to a more “convenient” position so that it would NEVER fall on a “Friday.” That means they can’t prepare food for the Sabbath. They created rules for “changing the times (years) and the seasons (months).”

Huh, sounds like the same kind of problem that Moses had to with the People after they came out of Egypt. The people arrived at their stopping on the 15th day of the second month, which was on Enoch’s calendar the sixth day of the week. They did not have time to prepare food and went to bed hungry. They were about to be taught a lesson. The next day, the 16th, was declared to be the Sabbath. And they had no food.

Oh, dear. What are they going to do. Now they had to go hungry for another day. Moses was told by Yahua to tell the people that they would be fed quail in the evening and in the morning they would receive food from “heaven” — manna.

Nevertheless, they still grumbled an complained to Moses. “Did you bring us out to this desert, where there is no food or water, to starve us to death. We were better off in Egypt where we had leeks and onions to eat. “

Hmm, that makes me wonder if that was the diet they were given to eat by the Egyptians.

I was teased yesterday at the restaurant where my friend and the waitress offered me an onion … continue

END TIME: Message for Feast of Firstfruits 2009

What does “Prepare the way” really mean? This is a special High Day. It will have a powerful impact on individuals and the nations in the next age — more than most people have ever imagined. But right now something else has happened on this day that will have a deep spiritual impact on those of us living during this end time.

This day on the calendar revealed to Enoch is the High Day of the Feast of Firstfruits. It was preceded by seven complete weeks (the Feast of Weeks) during which time no harvest of grain was to be consumed. The seven weeks represent the “Seven Weeks” or ages of Enoch’s vision during which time humanity has been given the chance to try to figure what on earth they are doing?

This High Day is also the first day of the Eighth Week. And during the Eighth Week they will come to understand their purpose with clarity and precision. At that time, all will know why they are alive, where they are heading, and why. They will also know how they will achieve this, and who they were destined to become!

When John the Baptist delivered his message to the people of Judah, he was acting as a helper to the One (Yahua/Yahsua) who would come later. John’s job was to open or prepare a way for the “sheep” to find their Shepherd.

Here is the story.

DESTINY: Promises, Promises, Promises …

Continued from: Who in the world do we think we are?!

What if you had a parent who made promises that you knew he or she would keep — no matter what? That would be pretty “cool,” would it not? Unfortunately, our parents, as good as they may have been, lacked one thing, the same thing we lack, the power to carry out what we promise. I know there are some who understand the importance of keeping their word, and if they can’t, they know to keep the mouth shut.

But what if I told you that there was one, the ultimate parent, who first gave us life, as parents do, and then had the power to make and to keep promises that affect our life today?

In my last post (which started this series on “Who in the world do we think we are?!”) I alluded to the fact that we really don’t have a good answer to that question. We don’t really know.

DESTINY: Who in the world do we think we are?!

What are the roots of western civilization? The mystery of our heritage, largely maligned and rejected is about to be solved. We are coming to the time in our history when our heritage will be known and understood. As we enter the time prophesied for ages, the veil will be lifted and our blind eyes will be able to see who were are and what our destiny is.

There are many myths surrounding this important body of knowledge. Some of it has been corrupted by white supremacists and religions to the point where any thinking person would be ashamed to be associated with the truth.

But that is going to change.

That does not mean that these groups are going to give up their teachings, but that others who have insight will come to understand where the groups are mistaken and what the truth really is.

How to Walk with God: Part 3 — Living A Blessed Life!

Posted by Dr. Timothy J. Sakach Ph. D. at 24 August, 2008, 2:00 pm

One wonders why, because "God is love," are so many suffering and living lives that appear to be cursed. Nothing seems to go right. Decisions, in spite of heroic efforts always seem to turn out wrong and costly! Is this what was intended for us humans — the handiwork of the Creator? Or have we simply missed the point of it all?

There are many books out today that encourage us to "manifest" or otherwise produce the things we want in life. These are usually best sellers. But how many people have actually been blessed by the creation of wealth and prosperity? Some have tried only to find themselves in worse condition than when they started. What went wrong?

Can personal "creation" work for you and for me?

In the two earlier posts in this miniseries, I wrote about some things that block us in our "walk with God?" I did not cover everything in that context, because, frankly, that can be disheartening. Rather, I will tell you point blank and from personal experience that a relationship with our spiritual family is the key to wisdom, understanding, knowledge — the very power that can bring us all to incredible wealth, joy, peace, and to living a blessed life.

I wouldn’t be telling you this if …
