END TIME: Is the “TORAH” relevant? The Sabbath? The Constitution?

It is very difficult for most People to understand that the time in the  Enoch Year (2009/2010) from Monday at Sunset through Tuesday at sunset is the Sabbath Day as taught in the Torah and the Sabbath that was set apart at the beginning. Is that relevant today? But that is only one item. What about the Torah or even the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution? Are they relevant? Some opine that none of these are “relevant in this age of ‘new enlightenment.’”

Some ask: How could the Sabbath be on a Monday and Tuesday? Wasn’t it “supposed” to be on Friday and Saturday? or on Sunday? Or maybe, as some believe, it was “done away” or “fulfilled.”

Now I come along, after more than twenty-nine years of research, instead of solving the “Sunday/Sabbath controversy,” add another cord of wood to the fire.

This has forced people to wonder, who in the world is this guy? And there are plenty of people who will offer up their opinions, as though opinions are truth (they aren’t).

Opinions Don’t Matter — They Never Did!

If I were to ask “Who do people say I am?” would I get the truth or opinion? The odds are in favor of opinions. But opinions mean nothing. Everybody has one. So what? If you take all the opinions of everyone in the world and sort them into heaps and measure the size and weight of each “heap” will you find the truth? Not a chance. The largest and heaviest heap is the one mostly likely to be so off the mark, it would be comical.

In short, it matters little what people say.

But what matters is this: If I am telling the truth (and not my opinion), and others understand it and recognize and know that it is the truth, then is that because I did such a good job of “telling” or because the same Spirit that works in me is also working in them?

Let me put that another way: If you recognize that what I write and say is the truth, and you “get it” what does that say about you? What does it take for you to “get the truth?” Is it not more than my words? It would have to be the Spirit of Truth working in both of us, would it not?

Who am I, then?

I am just a voice that is telling people, “We are living in the prophesied End Time and we need to pay attention to what is really happening to the world today, and to the prophesies about this time.” I am telling people that a real change is coming, but it is not the “Obama Change.”

This will be a global change when the rulers of the nations of this world will have their thrones taken from them and given to the righteous. It will be an age of knowledge, understanding, and truth like no other time ever in this history of humanity.

And I am also telling you that things are not what they seem. Many things that were spelled out long ago will be restored, and the true day of the Sabbath is only one of those.

In What “Context” do you live?

The problem obviously is exacerbated by the point of view. If one is living in a “context” of the Roman/Christian calendar or the Jewish lunar calendar, getting the mind around a different “legitimate” Sabbath is extremely difficult. Some even consider any day other than Saturday or Sunday completely “offensive.”

A Sabbath controversy actually preceded both Christianity and Judaism.

When the Kingdom of Israel split into the House of Israel and the House of Judah, the House of Israel changed the Sabbath day in their politics to the “eighth” day of the week, which is really the first day of the week. And that act along with many others finally led to their captivity by the Assyrians and ultimately to their dispersion among the nations.

Before this age comes to its prophesied end, the former House of Israel (Joseph/Ephraim), along with the current House of Judah will be given a new spirit, and will understand the instructions of the Torah and why that is important to them, to their offspring, and to the rest of the world!

But the nations of the world will take up war against the People of Jacob to destroy them. Although, it could well be that the NEW Kingdom of Israel (the result of uniting Ephraim and Judah — the leading tribes who represented the two divisions) will not be happen until after this age ends and Yahua of Elohim stands on the earth.

Is the Torah relevant, or are we much ‘smarter’ now?

The term “Torah” (Hebrew: תּוֹרָה, “learning” or “instruction”) is actually not found in the part of Scriptures called the Torah, and other places where it is found is mistranslated “Law.” This is a reference that was added later to refer to the Five Books of Moses. Therefore, after the exile in Babylon, the prophets in the Spirit of Yahua warned the People to

“Remember the Torah of Mosheh, My servant, which I commanded to him at Horeb for all Israel — laws and right-rulings.” Malachi 4:4 (The Scriptures)

In other words, remember the Instructions (Torah) given to Moses.

Why would Malachi write this?

Malachi also warned the Priests:

“And now, O Priests, this command is for you! If you do not hear, and if you do not take it to heart, to give esteem to My Name, ” said Yahua of Armies, “I shall send a curse upon you, and I shall curse your blessings. And indeed, I have cursed them, because you do not take it to heart! See, I shall rebuke your seed, and scatter dung before your faces, the dung of YOUR festivals. And you shall be taken away with it. And you shall know that I have sent my command to you, as being My Covenant with Levi.”

How could the Priests of Israel have earned this rebuke?

Could it be that they stopped following the “Torah of Moses” and instead allowed others to teach in the place of the Levites — those who were set apart to be Priests?

How did the Levites become Priests?

“My covenant (agreement) with him (Levi) was life and peace, and I gave them to him, to fear. And he feared Me, and stood in awe of My Name. The Torah was in his mouth, and unrighteousness was not found on his lips. He walked with Me in peace and straightness, and turned many away from crookedness. For the lips of a Priest should guard knowledge, and they (the People) seek the Torah from his mouth, for he is the Messenger of Yahua of Hosts.”

But now what?

Today you cannot find a Priest, or someone from Levi who is fulfilling this role.

According to this prophecy, at one time the Priest knew “the Way.” The Instruction or the Torah is the Way, not only for Israel, but for all humanity.

Israel, all the 12 tribes, acted in proxy for all Peoples of the earth. So if Israel suffered because they left following the Way and the Instruction (Torah) given to Moses, how much more will those also suffer who should have heard the Instruction through the Nations of Israel and the Priests of Levi?

But Yahua allowed them to suffer, and will continue to allow them to suffer until they finally get back to “The Way.” But he will not destroy Jacob or make a full end of them, as might happen to the gentiles among whom Israel was scattered.

That is a promise.

Return to the Way is immanent

Therefore, if there is any decency among the People of “The Way,” then for their own sake and for the sake of humanity, they must open their minds to receive the Instruction. But it must be written on their hearts, not on stone.

And that is what Yahua said through Jeremiah:

“See the days are coming,” declares Yahua, “when I will make a new covenant with the House of Israel and the House of Judah, not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant that they broke though I was a husband to them,” declares Yahua.

“For this is the covenant I shall make with the House of Israel after those days,” declares Yahua: “I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My People.”

And also Joel wrote something similar, but the events in this prophecy happen BEFORE the Day of Yahua

Blow a ram’s horn in Zion. Set apart a fast. Call an assembly. Gather the people. Set the assembly apart. Assemble the elders. Gather the children and the nursing babes. Let a bridegroom come out from his room, and a bride from here dressing room.

Let the priests, servants of Yahua, weep between the porch and the altar. And let them say, “Spare your People, O Yahua, and do not give your inheritance to reproach, for the gentiles to rule over them. Why should they (the gentiles) say among the People, ‘Where is their Elohim?!’”

And let Yahua be jealous for His land, and spare his People. And let Yahua answer and say, “See, I am sending you the grain and the new wine and the oil, and you shall be satisfied by them. And no longer do I make you a reproach among the gentiles.”

“And you children of Zion, be glad and rejoice in Yahua your Elohim, for he shall give you the Teacher of Righteousness, and cause the rain to come down for you, the former rain and the latter rain as before.

“Then I shall repay you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, and the consuming locust, and the gnawing locust, My great army that I sent among you. Then you shall eat — eat and be satisfied — and shall praise the Name of Yahua your Elohim, who has done with you so wondrously. And My People shall never be put to shame. And you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am Yahua of Elohim, and there is no one else. And My People shall never be put to shame.

“And after this it shall be that I pour out My Spirit on all flesh. And your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men dream dreams, your young men see visions. And also on the male servants and on the female servants I shall pour out My Spirit in those days.

“And I shall give signs in the heavens and upon the earth, blood and fire and columns of smoke, the sun is turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of great and awesome day of Yahua.

“And it shall be that everyone who calls on the Name of Yahua shall be delivered.”

For on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be an escape as Yahua has said and among the survivors whom Yahua calls.

When these thing happen before the close of this age, then following the Instructions, the Torah, will be natural to the People.

Malachi writing in the Spirit of Yahua declares that the Priests are held accountable …

“But you, you have turned from The Way. You have caused many to stumble in the Torah (Instruction). You have corrupted the covenant of Levi.” said Yahua of Armies. “And I also, I shall make you despised and low before all the people, because you are not guarding My Ways, and are showing partiality in the Torah.”

The problem for the People of the world is the utter lack of clear instruction. Also the Torah (Instruction) has been translated “Law,”  which is a completely different word in Hebrew.

This creates confusion.

As noted, the five  books of Moses never say they are the “Torah.”  One translation that I have is called “The Five Books of Moses.” That is similar to my book, “ENOCH: The Book Behind the Bible” which contains “The Five Books of Enoch.” So it is no surprise to me that Moses followed Enoch‘s pattern.

However, the prophets recognized the wisdom behind calling the books, “The Torah of Moses.” Instead of the “Law” of Moses, because the word “Torah” precisely describes the intent, purpose and content of the books. These, like the Five Books of Enoch, were set apart as instruction for all humanity. And they will continue to fulfill this role in ages to come.

Hence, we can only conclude the utter tragedy of the great deception that has led millions to accept a notion that the “Torah” was “done away.” This is pure nonsense. The lessons of instruction in the Five Books of Moses as well as the Five Books of Enoch contain the kind of natural understanding that could never pass away, as long as humans walk the earth.

This is another of many cases where Hebrew outshines Greek when it comes to the Knowledge of EL.

Declaration of Independence and Constitution related to the Torah

The history of law in the United States goes back to British Common Law. But the People of the United States do not know that British Common Law traces back to the Torah! In other words, the roots of our legal system were not from ecclesiastical (Christian) establishments, but rather from Hebrew law.

The Ten Commandments are the basic requirements for taking responsibility. The Hebrew word for commandment means a signpost, not a rule. The intent was that if one follows the signpost, one will be led to a better life. Other biblical laws include the 613 rules given in the books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy. — Dr. Lawrence Wilson

In this regard, the word “inalienable” comes to mind. We lost the understanding of that word, and about the only thing we like to do is say it. But it means “not capable of being alienated or surrendered.” When applied to “rights” it is a reference to the kind of rights that all humans have, not because government gives them, but because government can neither grant them or take them away. But governments both secular and religious have convinced the people to abandon the rights given by the Creator. The example given is that “among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” Those are only a part of a much large group. In other words, they are three examples taken from a much larger set. They are NOT the only “inalienable rights” we have! Here is the paragraph from “The Declaration of Independence”:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

Therefore, when any government whether secular or religious attempts to take away that which has been given us by EL, our Creator,  for our life and well-being, we, the People, must stand up secure in the knowledge that these corrupt and tyrannical governments will be brought down and destroyed, and replaced by such form of government, based on righteousness, that will “effect their safety and happiness.”

We cannot perform this righteous operation unless or until we understand the form of government given to us by the Torah. This is not a government that forces religious dogma or human secularism or socialism down upon an unsuspecting people.

If there is one thing Scripture teaches, it is this: Be careful about the OATHS that you make. The Scriptures are full of examples of people who made an oath and brought a curse upon their selves and their families, and upon nations. The Middle East crises is a result of oath breaking and the curses that followed. The land of Shem should never have been called “Canaan’s Land” because Canaan broke the oath that each of the sons and grandsons of Noah agreed to and sealed with a curse — that was to honor the lots drawn and to never try to take land belonging by oath to another. The same can be said that the land should not have ever been called Palestine, as the Philistines were also sons of Ham and bound by the same oath and curse as Canaan.

Jacob’s children also broke their oath to drive out the sons of Ham from the land given to Shem and promised to Abraham. “All that Yahua says, we will do.” And they didn’t. So we have the problems to this day. The result of an oath that was broken.

Every person serving in the government of the United States, must swear an oath or give his or her sacred word that they will “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” They are bound by an oath to do just that. They also take an oath to “faithfully execute the office of … ” (whatever office they have been given.) Therefore in this country willful or even careless violation of that oath, by not taking it to heart and performing as they swore or gave their word, puts them and this nation under a curse! You either do what you said you would do or else.

“I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” To which, some, including President Obama, added this phrase: “So help me God.

Is it up to the People of the United States to make sure their oath taking leaders keep their word? After examining the examples in Scripture of oath breaking, I don’t think that would be the outcome. This is one of those “natural” things, just like our “natural rights” given by our Creator. It is the job of the Creator (Yahua) to set things right on behalf of His People. This is how oath-breaking works among the offspring of righteous fathers, like Enoch, Noah, Shem, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob! And that is who we are.

What is the religion of Abraham or of Noah or Enoch?

With that in mind, let me ask you, “What is the ‘religion’ of Abraham?” If you say Jewish, that is not correct because Judah had not been born yet, and, of course, neither had Moses. By the time Judah was born, Abraham had already died. Obviously he was not “Christian” as that did not come along until the latter half of the first century, A.D.

OK, what about Noah? What was his “faith?” or How about Enoch?

There is no religion, “faith,” or dogma or organization that can be applied as a label for them, is there?

But what about Moses? Maybe he had a religion? Some say he was Jewish, but that is still not possible as Judaism took form after the exile in Babylon and before, during the time of the Prophets who warned against the evils of religious tyranny in its many forms!

To say that the “Torah” is Jewish only shows a lack of understanding. The term “Jew” or “Jewish Religion” is not found in the “Torah.” Nor is the idea of an “immortal soul” and going off to heaven or hell after death!

Even Thomas Jefferson, who wrote The Declaration of Independence was not very fond of religious tyranny. During Jefferson’s and James Madison’s efforts to separate church and state, Madison pointed to history and argued that whenever “ecclesiastical establishments” had shaped civil society, they had supported political tyranny; never had they protected people’s liberties. George Washington wrote, “The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded upon the Christian religion.”

Walking and Talking with Elohim

I wish I could put a “RESET” button on this page that would take us back to sit at the feet of our fathers, Enoch, Noah, Shem, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, so that we could hear from them about what really matters in our relationship to our Creator! What was the one thing each of these had in common? They all “walked with Elohim” and with Yahua. They not only walked with them, they also talked with them!

Pirating Inalienable Rights

The definition of “pirating” is “to lure away from another by promises of betterment.” It is theft without the pain of theft.

But today we seem more than happy to relinquish our “inalienable rights” and life in exchange for greater control from a corrupt and immoral government, one who is more than willing to pass laws that steal God-givens right and then totally control the lives of each “person.” 

Do you know that “person” is a legal term created by the government to define an entity that has no “inalienable rights?” Person applies with equal force to individuals, corporations, and states.”  The IRS is very careful to make sure that “Under penalty of perjury” you certify that you are “a U.S. person.” Whereas the Constitution states from the outset, “We the PEOPLE.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

But the current government doesn’t want you to know about who you are, what your inalienable rights are, how they are protected, and who is really in charge!

“All rights reserved!”

The Ninth Amendment to the Constitution reads:

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

This says even though the Constitution lists certain rights, does not and should not be thought that these and only these rights are protected. The people have other rights, not mentioned, that are inalienable and retained by the people. In other words, as far as the rights of the people are concerned, listed or not, all rights are reserved by the people!

among these [rights] …”

others [rights] retained by the people.”

A change is coming! Not like the “change” promised by the politicians. But before that change comes we the people must understand our position in this world.

  • We are the descendants of righteous men who “walked with Elohim!”
  • They had a spiritual relationship that gave them blessings and an understanding of the future of the their descendants.
  • They were given Instructions about how to conduct their lives as a community and a nation.
  • They were given Instructions in physical metaphors (Feasts and High days, sacrifices, what to “eat” and “not eat,” and about how and why to stay “clean” from the practices of the nations around them.)
  • They were given Instruction about how to protect their freedoms and liberties from tyrannical governments and religions.
  • When the descendents went astray, prophets were sent to warn and teach them about the importance of sticking with and earnestly desiring the Instruction given to Moses for All Israel.
  • They were given promises that Yahua would not leave them, even though they might get lost in their own minds along the way as they wandered through the nations of the world.
  • They were given prophecies, hope and understand through the revelations given to Enoch, which he wrote in the Five Books of Enoch for his descendents.
  • They were also give the Torah (instructions) of Moses, in the Five Books of Moses, which were for them and for the rest of world “throughout all generations.”

WE ARE THOSE PEOPLE! WE ARE THE PEOPLE OF ZION. And these things belong to us and our children — forever.

It is time for us to turn our hearts and minds to that which was promised to our fathers, and to remember the lives they lived. Because they were given insight and understanding concerning their and our future, they fought to maintain the relationship with Yahua and the Elohim (Family) that would provide the best and highest reward for us and the world. As a result, they were given the promises, and died without receiving them looking forward to the time when they and us together would take possession of the earth to lead it in righteousness!

YAHUA rise up and deliver Your People!
